Room excellent with washing machine, very clean and comfortable . INternet no connection ! Sad! Breakfast shop was too small and hidden in a small corner of the building. Too many other business, office resident
It is a service apartment but I am impressed with sincere, courteous service of mr fong, ms tham and mr teng who helped me with my heavy luggage.

The hotel stuff was really nice. The room is very big, clean, and comfortable. the bulding is luxury and secured. Family mart is adjusted to the bulding. the only problem is that taxi drivers did not know the place easly.

The apartment has a good size and it is modern. There are many taxis outside the building and it costs just rmb 24.00 to the canton fair but it is far from Metro.
The kitchen didn't have anything. We had to go to a supermarket and buy forks, knives, plates, pan, etc. The bed was so hard that it was like sleeping in the floor.

Hotel staff are good, friendly and helpful. Cleanliness room, have teh conenienec stores and restaurants near by the building.
The hotel don't accept to pay by VISA or any international bank card as made on the booking. No hotel sign name of the front building and quite a long walk from the station, espeacilly when you tired back from work to walk back to the hotel from station.

Customer no service. Forgot to inform we have to turn on water heater. Bathroom is very dirty. Even when the water heater was turn on, they said it takes about 30 mins waiting time for the water to heat up. And the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, with this very bad experience I strongly agree that we should be compensated for future booking.Would you agree ?

This is definitely not a hotel but rather an apartment block with a number of minimally furnished apartments being rented by the night. It’s on the luxury end for Chinese apartments. Overall it's basic, clean and continently located so I would consider staying again just don’t expect hotels services.
The management cannot process foreign credit cards so expect ot pay cash unless you have a credit card issues by a Chinese bank. The wallpaper is perfumed so this became annoying and opening windows did little to reduce the intensity. I booked for 2 persons in the room but towels, glassware etc were only provided for one, they did provide more but it had to be requested. There was no telephone in the room so if you needed to contact hotel staff you had to go down to the management office

I booked two rooms, deluxe twin (4 pax) and single (2 pax) plus 1 extra bed for my family. The staff is very helpful but unfortunately English is lacking, making communication very difficult and time consuming.
Not able to find the hotel and most taxi drivers do not know the hotel or place. There's no signage outside the building nor the ground floor common reception, even the guards are ignorant. When we came to the 2nd floor, the small room does not look like a reception and there's not enough space and seats for guests who came to check in. Toilet in the office room is unkempt and dirty. Does not look like hotel, more like residential apartment cum offices. Facilities like indoor pool and tours arrangement are not made known at the reception counter; I don't think these are available as I've asked about the tours. There's no phone in our hotel rooms which make it very difficult for my family to communicate; we're at 4th and 13th floors, just imag

the room/apartment was exellent, comfortable and well equipted
Personel hardly speak english, no chance to pay with other credit card than chinese, no sign in front of the building about the hotel, no information in the lobby of the building, so if you are there for the first time it will be almost impossible for you to find it without any help

It is not really an hotel. You enter a residential building and there is what they call a reception, a flat in the 2nd floor. Your flat is in the same building and it is fine. The location is the new development area, not far from the subway, not close to the centre of the city.
I could say this is an hotel actually, but a flat rent.
