The rooms were spacious and the view from the bathtub was amazing. The hotel location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station and close to many amenities. The breakfast was delicious with a range of tasty options to choose from.
The lack of English speaking staff made communication difficult at times. Also, there was no hotel restaurant or currency exchange on site, and the nearby local restaurants only accepted cash payments. it was a nice stay but it would have been helpful to have more amenities and English speaking staff available.

The breakfast dining options were amazing and provided a variety of tasty and hearty meals. the location is convenient as it is near a metro station and railway. The gymnasium has sufficient equipment and is well-maintained. Staff members were friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay.
The hotel didn't provide currency exchange or have English-speaking staff at the front desk, which could be problematic for international travelers.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We were also impressed with the range of services provided by the hotel, including 24-hour room service, a bell staff/porter, and package/parcel services. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe. The flat-screen TV and comfortable bedding added to the overall relaxing experience.

I had a great time during my stay here. The hotel's transportation is convenient and easily accessible. I could reach the railway station in just two stations from the nearby metro station. The hotel breakfast was the best, incredibly delicious and satisfying. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was comfortable with a beautiful view and large bathtub, complete with a TV.
