The restaurant here was pleasant for lunch, we both ordered excellent dishes. A bathtub in the separate bathroom was a plus. The location was unbeatable, you can visit Ko Shopping Mall by walking.

We had double room, and it was new-fashioned in the upper floors. We didn't feel like leaving and would love to stay here again, truly enjoyed the city and hotel.

Best staff, gorgeous breakfast, incredible location short walk to Düsseldorf for the weekend, the famous shopping district and good restaurant options, tram taxi and central station. In the centre of the city, very convenient. Also, near shops, restaurants.

The hotel is great and terrific in general. The venue rooms are elegant and spotless with a large window, a great view of the Königsallee plus fabulous features. Marvellous location close to Düsseldorf and famous shopping area, rooms and beds, it's central. This is a hotel go-to for Dusseldorf!

Honestly no complains at all. Possibly the best and excellent stay on services. Location not far from sometimes referred to as the " ChampsÉlysées of Germany ", Intercontinental, and the' Alex' restaurant around the corner. Again, walking distance to Ko Shopping Mall. Functional, good sized room with a separate bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer and bath robes.

Energetic people working here. Fabulous & enjoyable room with a lounge, a chair and WiFi. Outstanding and great breakfast with lovely food.

Whole place was fairly clean with pleasant views; great and lovely location to the old town city center. I really enjoyed the staff, they were outstandingly accommodating and affable people.

I had a top-notch stay at a luxurious hotel in Dusseldorf. The central location was perfect, near shops and restaurants. The staff, especially the executive lounge team, provided excellent service and went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The rooms were modern, well-appointed, and quiet. Breakfast offered a great variety of choices and the wellbeing bar was a nice touch. The fact that the hotel had a pool made it stand out. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was very extensive and tasty. But the breakfast room was overcrowded.
