Everything! Absolutely filthy. Smelled of mold. Will never stay at an American best value hotel again.

Friendly staff. Affordable rates. Good location with easy access.

Furniture rattles when you cross the floor.

The manager at the front desk was wonderful! There are no words that can express the kindness of this lady. She works with her husband to run this motel. I would stay here just to spend time

The staff was very nice and helpful. It seemed safe and the location was very convenient. TV worked and had a lot of channels. Plenty of hangers, working hair dryer and iron.

They called at 8 a.m. every morning and I didn't request a wake-up call--annoying. The cleaning or handyman came in unannounced one morning, which was disturbing. He thought we had checked out but checkout wasn't until noon and we were staying another day. There was a gap between the door and the door frame so it sounded like we were sleeping in a tent on the side of 35 and smoke from people's cigarettes would come in the room. The shower was in poor shape with half of the water coming out of the faucet instead of the shower head. The bed was slanted and not very comfortable and the pillowcases were stained.

We had a dry place to stay in to lay ours head's in bed. The air conditioning cooling works.

The cabinets, floors, toilet seat, was not clean. The tub was mildew by the drainage. The microwave did not work. The coffee pot was beyond gross. Front door bottom hinge was broken, gap in door and you have to physically lift up the door to close it. We did not even eat the continental breakfast that you guys offer because of the condition of your Motel. We did not take pictures it wasn't worth the snap.

When walking across the room all the furniture moved. Had to practically tip toe, afraid to wake up bottom floor. Not very clean.

The bathroom was dirty shower so much that we hate to use old soap left in dish hair all over the floor carpet so dirty we left our shoes on sheets were stained real bad the worse place we have ever stayed in

Vanity sink was cloged up could not use. They tried to unclog sink but failed. Carpet in room was dirty, soda machine did not work. I would not stay here again.

They had a pool, very friendly staff

Internet said they had a hot tub, but don't. I found a lotion bottle under the bed (not mine)

The price but from now on, I will be happy to pay more to ghet a better room.

we stayed there for 1 night and it's was so excellent then what we expected .. Hotel staff were so nice and decent and also room were very clean and comfortable ..

It was quite and clean with friendly staff. The lady at the front desk made conversation and she made us laugh. The bed was so comfortable. Pizza Hut, Brums ice cream shop, and gas station were all right next door.

The phone was not next to the bed and there was no alarm clock. That didn't matter too much because i have a cell phone.

Would recommend. Very friendly owners, rooms were clean, pool was great. We will definitely stay here again. Price was great for the room.
