Great place to stay, located right by Arenal beach and a golf club where you can enjoy a heated pool, spa, and gym facilities. Plus, there's a restaurant with a fantastic selection of delicious food 🏖️.

For the price we paid, the value was exceptional. The room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The hotel's location was great, with everything we needed close by. The staff at Be Live were incredibly friendly and treated us like royalty throughout our stay.

The breakfast could be improved by refreshing the options more regularly for late risers.

perfect check-in with Erika, hard worker. room a perfect size for the purpose of the trip (relaxation). food was very good and staff was very attentive, except for two occasions. very big spa and pool that goes outside, great detail. gym is one of the most complete I have seen in any hotel. furniture, aesthetics of the hotel and details it has, makes you move to another era and makes you feel like in a castle. detail of the cava and sweets was a very pleasant surprise

staff is very attentive, except on two occasions. One when they asked how the drinks thing worked, with a somewhat dry and sharp answer. other was at the reception desk when he asked where the spa was, using somewhat sarcastic language. the rest of the staff, maitre d', waiters and cleaning staff were all very nice. It made us think, on those two occasions mentioned above, that since they were resident clients on the island, it could be that the treatment would vary. trash can in the room was full of banana peels and papers

Good gym classes offered throughout the day, with a variety of options, and a competent instructor. The pool area was spacious, with enough sun beds for everyone and different depths suitable for all guests. The location was convenient with easy access to the airport and nearby attractions.

The hotel appeared worn out, and some of the fixtures and furniture were past their best. The Wi-Fi was poor in most areas of the hotel, making it difficult to stay connected.

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, great facilities like a fabulous pool area and the option for spa treatments. Also, the location was perfect - close to the airport and right on the beach with beautiful gardens and sun beds for relaxation. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service during my stay.
