The hotel rooms are magnificent and exceptional with amazing views and excellent comforts, as example. The location is unbeatable, the staff is lovely and very kind.

The Hyatt Regency was a perfect choice for our stay. Its location was ideal, with easy access to the subway and within walking distance of the waterfront. The hotel's height provided a peaceful escape from the city noise, and it was conveniently accessible from the Airport Direct Bus routes. From the moment we arrived, the staff exceeded our expectations with their helpfulness and knowledge. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was impressive in size. The breakfast at the hotel's buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the views of the harbor were breathtaking. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The only downside was the lack of a bar or lounge area separate from the restaurant, where we could relax and enjoy a drink.

Amazingly comfortable room. Cheap food, lovely and kind staff from butler. All in all super location, close to the Hong Kong, and all Kowloon amenities and transport links to HK Island.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and were impressed with the convenient location. The MRT station was just a short walk away, and the Airport Express bus dropped us off right at the hotel door. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable, with nice white linen. We were pleased with the excellent housekeeping service, as everything was replaced daily. The breakfast had a good variety, including gluten-free options, and the staff were always helpful and pleasant. We were especially impressed with how quickly our toilet problem was fixed while we were having breakfast. we had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Regency and would highly recommend it.

Location: the hotel was so close to In the midst of shopping area, K11 shopping mall and Tsim Sha Tsui subway station and center of Kowloon with plenty of shops. The breakfast served in the café was savoury and the ambience was cozy.

Disappointing aspect was dirty bathroom.
