Efficient staff at this well-priced hotel with a reasonably priced restaurant. The location is good and absolutely perfect, just a short walk to bars and restaurants. The hotel is conveniently located right next to El Jardin Shopping Mall.

Popular and fairly clean hotel, stunning views over the park. Very comfy bed, bright bathroom and a storage and air conditioning in the room. The staff was attentive, breakfast was tasty and delicious. Favourable and absolutely perfect location, just a pleasant stroll away from Inaquito Mall.

Great central location by the Guayas river. Reasonably priced food options including The Pancake House nearby. Exceptionally comfortable room with a clean bathroom and hypo-allergenic pillows. Delicious and diverse breakfast with a huge variety of options.

The breakfast was very tasty and great with an egg station, traditional ecuatorian options, North America taste, the restaurant was great.

After the checkout, at the exit of the parking lot we were strangely stopped to "fix" a pending issue of consumption of the mini bar, something that we never even saw in the room, saying that we had not made any consumption in a very rude way answered "missing that, but can continue ...", which leaves the feeling that we left without paying what was consumed, at the insistence of the clarification that there was no consumption, repeated this same argument for 3 times, which completely lost the good experience at the hotel . In addition, the room was left with an open window on the 6th floor, which was extremely cold at night and we barely noticed it the next day when we opened the curtains, an error of carelessness in the housekeeping that strongly affected our satisfaction.

Particularly GOOD location - in the middle of the city. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Omi nearby.

The hotel in this pleasant Quito neighborhood offers great value for money. The rooms on the lower floors are spotlessly clean and have comfortable beds, with some even offering a nice view over the park. The staff at this hotel are extremely attentive and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread is also something to look forward to, with lots of variety and even an egg station.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location is great, very near to places that must be visited and close to a large mall with plenty of specialist shops. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was very courteous, accommodating, and efficient during check-in. The cleanliness of the facilities and our huge, clean room really impressed us.

windows are not double glazed (or at least not enough to beat the traffic noise outside) and even from the ninth floor I could hear the noise of cars etc.
