Nicely decorated and fancy room with toilet & basin, good offer. Had clean a mini-bar, central heating and an electronic key card. Magnificent location in San Agustin district just off close to bus stop, Palma de Mallorca which took roughly 15-20 minutes and Spain and the Middle East.

Clean and ideal hotel with magnificent view onto the ocean. Amazing location just off shops and the beach, Port Portals Magaluf and designated cycle path in a fantastic area.

It was a small hotel. The most important was the staff - INCREDIBLY WELCOMING and supper friendly people. We booked classic double room that was complete with clothes nice and toilet & basin plus stunning views as advertised.

My stay was very pleasant for very hot nights. The breakfast was varied and the parking was on-site. The location was quiet and decent, near to beeach and center, in a very nice area. There was dessert restaurant Forn San Agustin, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel...

Excellent staff. Beautiful pool with great roof terrace with sea views. Excellent food, cava and wine with a relaxed vibe. Only 10 min taxi from Palma and 2 min walk to beautiful beach. value for money excellent. get in quick as I'm sure prices will increase soon.
This hotel is a project in motion with renovations being carried out as the cash flow increases. So far what has been done is excellent but room doors have not been replaced making rooms a bit noisy at times. Only a minor complaint on the grand scale.

no change of towels at the swimming pool, no cleaning of the room every day, breakfast a bit boring, some of the staff not the nicest (close to rude at some occasions)

The room was beautiful - very modern and white and the pool was stunning.
We didn't like the fact they couldn't find our booking when we arrived. Also, it was miles away from Puerto Portals which is the search criteria I had put in for location.
