Brilliant and little hotel with lovely view of the town of Mestre and the lagoon on the horizon.

We were moved to a suite and had a storage, a mini-bar, and a safe. Free and savoury breakfast with croissants, butter, breads, and pastries was provided.

Reasonably good and plentiful breakfast with a nice view for all tastes. Location - unbeatable, really close to a restaurant round the corner, the waterbus to the Lido and the Venice island itself.

Everything was nice and met the needs. The hotel was clean with caring and particularly helpful staff with fantastic service. The location was excellent and unbeatable, just a pleasant stroll away from Parco Piraghetto. This venue was located in a very attractive area.

The restaurant here was affordable for lunch or dinner, we both ordered excellent dishes. The beds were newly renovated, view of the town of Mestre and the lagoon on the horizon was amazing. The location for our purpose was great and lovely, in front of a bus stop.

Fairly clean hotel, extremely great staff & marvellous location in centre. Location really close to Venice or towns, restaurants and shops and the Tritone for the evening. For tea or coffee visit Blue Bus Cafe nearby.

I'd come back to this hotel without hesitation. The cleanliness and quality were exceptional, deserving of its 4-star rating. The desk clerks were cheerful and the breakfast manager went above and beyond, even though he was overworked. The hotel should consider investing in a self-serve coffee maker to alleviate his workload. The breakfast itself was one of the best I've had in Europe. The hotel also offers wireless internet service, adding to the pleasant experience of returning after a day of being a tourist.

Due to the large number of Chinese tourists had to wait to enter the restaurant for breakfast.

This place is easy to find, located right across from a train station, and the room has a spacious balcony; the staff here are very friendly and always have a smile on their face, and the neighborhood around the train station is definitely worth exploring.
