Spent my New Year at a historic hotel in the heart of the city. The amazing view from my second-floor room was the best part, with a view overlooking the lively square below. The air conditioning in the room worked wonders, perfect for those hot Cuban nights. The breakfast buffet was good, nothing too fancy, but the coffee was strong and hot.
The hotel felt a little run down in some areas, with stains on the bed sheets and tablecloths. The staff were polite but not overly friendly or helpful.

The room had a good balcony. Within walking distance of Central Park. 28 minutes drive to the airport.

The hotel is perfectly situated right on the corner of a buzzing square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all that the city has to offer. The rooms are basic but clean, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff are friendly and helpful, making sure guests feel welcome and attended to. the hotel offers WiFi in the lobby, allowing guests to stay connected during their stay.
The breakfast at the hotel is described as "absolutely dire" by some guests. However, there are plenty of nearby options for food, so it's easy to find a delicious meal to start the day off right.

The hotel is situated in a central part of the city, close to the main tourist spots. The breakfast buffet is reasonably good and there are plenty of options to choose from. What we really liked was their shop where you can book tours and buy souvenirs.
The decor and infrastructure of the hotel seem quite outdated and could use some renovation. Although the staff is friendly, the customer service is not up to par, as we had to wait for a long time to be served during lunch and had to repeatedly ask for basic amenities.
