The castle hotel is great for its facilities and service. And the surrounding is beautiful. Our room is about 25 m2 and the washroom is more than 8 m2. All facilities are right there. The restaurant is wonderful.

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of areas to explore and relax in. , the breakfast was quite good, with enough options to satisfy most people's tastes. the location of the hotel is perfect for those looking to explore the surrounding area, with easy access to local attractions.

Our room was quite basic and outdated. The furniture was not very comfortable and lacked any sort of personality or unique character.

We loved the location in the hills with beautiful river views and being surrounded by the lush forest at the foothills of the mountains. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the spa area and relaxing room. Parking was ample and convenient, and the cleanliness of this hotel was impeccable. The staff was friendly and made our stay a great experience.

Nestled in the forest at the foothills of the Erzgebirge mountains, this hotel boasts a castle-like atmosphere. The rooms are large and comfy, and the bathroom is clean and well-equipped. The breakfast is rich and good quality, but the service personnel could be a little more attentive. The attached restaurant is excellent. The park features old, nice trees, a pond, and paths to wander around. The spiral staircase is a must to take pictures and walk up and down.

The hotel could improve in terms of some outdated decor.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, nestled in the hills by the river, not far from Zwickau. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, with its picturesque hiking trails. The hotel itself was stunning, with a beautiful Art Nouveau architecture and a charming spiral staircase that made for great photo opportunities. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, from room service to housekeeping. The amenities were top-notch, with shops and commercial services available, as well as laundry facilities and ski equipment hire. We particularly enjoyed the welcome drink and the available tours and ticket assistance. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and a terrace. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a definite plus. The hotel also had a lovely garden area with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for relaxing. we had a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel.

We recently had a romantic escape and the hotel exceeded our expectations. We particularly loved the beautiful surroundings, nestled in the forested foothills of the mountains. The spa area was a highlight for us, with a good sauna plus spa treatments available. We also enjoyed our meals at the hotel's restaurant, where the food was fresh, delicious and well-presented.

We did feel that the service at reception was somewhat inconsistent. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, but others seemed less interested in providing assistance.
