The location of the hotel was more than perfect. The rooms were fine for the price paid. In general the hotel was fine.

Unfortunately, although there was internet service, we were never able to connect from the room even though we had an internet antenna to get a better connection. On the other hand, it is sad to see how the service in the pool is oriented more to foreigners than to the people of the country. Of the two times we went to the pool, we were never offered the menu but two couples who looked foreign then went to offer them food and drink. On the second day, even though we stood in an area where we were clearly seen, we were never offered anything. And both times we wanted to try something from the menu but when we saw their deal, we decided to go somewhere else. On the other hand, the room service was fine, but it had a very inconsistent schedule... one day we left early to leave it free for the cleaning, but when we arrived, around 2pm, they still hadn't done the cleaning. The next day, we decided to leave a little later and it turned out that now they did come early to do the cleaning. We kindly mentioned to the cleaning lady that we were leaving in 15 minutes and when we came back at 4pm, they had not cleaned up yet.

location for our travel plans was very good as it was a 10 minute taxi ride from the town of "Crucecita" and very close to the beaches (3 blocks from Playa Sta Cruz and 10 minutes by taxi from others). few blocks from the Marina (ideal for boat tours), ATMs and markets, rooms are clean and relatively comfortable. pool is small but clean and water is warm. hotel looks nice and well cared for and has a contemporary-Marina-Mexican decoration.

Breakfast was not to our liking and service in the restaurant in the mornings was not either, it took 45 minutes to serve us some enfrijoladas with salty and dry chicken, cream was reduced (it seemed to be cut) and we stayed waiting for the fruit that came included. We had to pay an extra charge to be able to leave at 3pm. I would say that this is a good 3. 5 star hotel, it is missing the 4 that it marks.
