The hotel has a fantastic pool, beautiful gardens, and complimentary WiFi throughout. We were delighted with the late check-out and the 20% discount on meals and beverages in the afternoon. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the service was great.

Had a wonderful weekend break at this peaceful resort near Mexico City. The spa was definitely the highlight of our stay, providing world-class services. The beautiful surroundings and well-maintained gardens were perfect for a relaxing weekend escape. We especially enjoyed the delicious food offered at the restaurant, and the great price levels for both food and accommodation.

Some guests can be inconsiderate and loud at the pool, causing disturbances during our stay. Our room was also a little messy, with some cleanliness issues that should have been addressed.

The pool was big and had slides which the kids loved. The hotel is surrounded by nature, it's a great place to relax in. Another positive aspect is that the hotel is located near a town with many small local shops.

The rooms were average and a little outdated, the beds were not very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was too expensive and not worth the price.

The pool was a good size for swimming some laps and we enjoyed having drinks by the poolside bar. The view from the balcony was really breathtaking and the golf course surroundings were lovely. It was easy to find parking at the hotel and it was a quick drive to local attractions.

The hotel room felt quite old, with outdated furniture and dirty carpets. the staff were not very friendly and seemed uninterested in helping us with our needs.

The heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi were also a highlight, allowing for relaxation in a serene environment. The restaurant provided delicious cuisine and the private facilities in the room were exclusive and well-maintained. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring all needs were met. The location advantages offered great views of the surroundings.

The shallow end of the outdoor swimming pool was smaller than expected, limiting the space for swimming and causing some crowding. this hotel provided an excellent stay with exclusive amenities and great service, but improvements could be made to the swimming pool area.

The resort location is convenient and easily accessible by car. The restaurant serves good quality food, while the adult only area of the Spa is a highlight. The rooms are comfortable with private swimming pools being a luxury. The massage service is world-class, perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway.

The hotel lacks certain guest and bathroom amenities that would be expected from a 5-star resort.
