Ideal reasonably clean property, it has affable and gentle staff during night shift. It boasts amazing central location and nicely furnished room.

My husband and I appreciated being there. The units were en suite and the staff were very good and courteous people from Reception to the restaurants and bars and chambermaids. The location was marvellous and pleasant, very close to the Alfama Portuguese / Madeiran restaurant and Funchal which is very likeable and easily accessible.
The views were very limited.

The location was excellant and stunning, close to Cais do Carvao. You could walk to shopping centres and a small shopping mall. The guest room with patio had all necessary amenities.

Had excellent stay for a double celebration my birthday and wedding aniversary, the staff were polite, location was pleasant to speed up the journey in to Funchal centre. The room was en suite and new-fashioned, offered a coffee table and a living room.

Thanks, you are amazing! The hotel is overall clean, nestled in a very good building with an à la carte restaurant. The breakfast is rich, excellant food. It has fantastic central location to the sea overlooking the very well tended gardens.

The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect and the services were very good. I found there lots of restaurants to eat, like Cris's Place that is only 5 minutes' walk away. The restaurant was very nice with excellent food and service, I tried excellent dishes. It was a nice size and had a splendid view of the sea.

The hotel had stunning sea views from our spacious and well-equipped room. The location was excellent with easy access to nearby attractions and bus stops.- We loved the complimentary bus service that took us into the heart of the city.
The staff at the front desk were sometimes grumpy and abrupt. The coffee perculator in the room was outdated and required us to buy filters and coffee.
