  Being picked up from the airport in a chauffeur driven E Class Mercedes and the best hotel stay we ever had.

  I liked the view from the room to the canal and really nice hotel. Furthermore the staff were very helpful and the bathroom was just fantastic. The breakfast was excellent.

  Spectacular views from the top floor restaurant and this is a super hotel. The service is generally very good and the employees are very nice. The rooms are very luxurious, the breakfast is fantastic and the pool is awesome.

  Great location, good hotel and the staff were very helpful. In addition the room was fabulous, perhaps the ‘Ciel Bleu Restaurant’ had had a quiet night.

  Excellent in hotel restuarants and was offered an upgrade for a small difference in price. Furthermore location was tranquil, the lobby looks like was last renovated in the 1970s and the staff was friendly and helpfull. The room was great, the bar on floor 23 was good and the toilet seat was heated. The food was lovely and night manager were knowledgeable and responsive.

  Location was beautiful, i found the hotel staff very attentive and lobby/Reception: I found the lobby rather nice for meeting people in. The service was fantastic, on arrival the Receptionist was very polite and check-in: was quick. The bathroom was excellent and the food was great.

  The location was nice, would have been perfect hotel staff were a bit more friendly/understanding and the overall service was good. The bathroom was fantastic, jacuzzi not all that warm either - was fine for me and the buffet breakfast had a huge. Dinner there was very very lovely, chinese that were both excellent.

  Excellent fitness centre, the number 25 trams very handy and nice staff at the reception to get the tickets to the van gogh museum. Hotel is very good, the more modern minimalistic or 'lounge' styles are not present in all rooms and a long distance from the main part of town in the north. They have wonderful service, enabling you to lie in the bath and hot and both japanese restaurants are amazing.

  The only one thing I would dislike is the guest information folder has different prices to you are charged and cheap toilet paper.

  The location is good and a taxi ride from Central Station. The hotel opens out onto the beautiful canal you can sit or rent a private boat and the lobby staff is gracious and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and restaurants are really nice.

  Turn down service is unnecessary and intrusive, i raised this to the receptionist at the time, 15 euro entry fee is charged as you also access the spa.
