The location is excellent, the hotel staff is kind and the standard rooms are quite large.

Fairly nice location as only a short walk to the main downtown square etc, the hotel is magnificent and the staff is very friendly.

It also states that it is "on the beach" which it is, but no one in their right mind would even dip their toes in that part of the beach, it is a good thirty minute walk to a nice beach or an eight dollar taxi ride.

Room 808 or 809 has the best ocean view, w/ king bed and a shower tub combo.

With a king bed, standing shower,(no tub.

Prank phone calls to our room, knocking on our door all night and running.

Rooms were great - especially you paid the extra to get the ocean view and the service was amazing.

Hot tub area and grande Lakes: Absolutely magnificent.

The restaurant had good food, the waiters were gorgeous.

A great value for the money, the bar has nice bartenders and the resturant food was good.

The air conditioning worked well and the bar was nice.

The hotel honored it's commitments as to price and did not charge us extra for the upgraded facilities (even though we do speak Spanish) The accommodation was clean and well serviced by the maid and room service.

The staff has always been attentive and helpful.

Bottom line: the hotel is very affordable, everything is good quality, the employees are friendly, and it's located in the middle of everything.

I stayed for 10 days on the 8th floor overlooking the pool.

The pool is huge, and has a water fall, not to mention very well maintained.

They finally blocked our phone and put an attendant in the elevator to stop the kids from pushing all the buttons.
