I've had a perfect 10/10 stay for a weekend. I truly enjoyed the hotel, its spotless and compact room and consistently courteous staff. The venue had an ideal location very close to Wilhelm Marx House. It was nestled walk from a tram stop.

Hotel Monopol in Dusseldorf is definitely the best budget hotel. The staff is really helpful and the rooms are compact. The hotel offers good services, and a lovely restaurant that was a definite bonus.

We really just wanted a central location in dusseldorf and we got it where the monopol hotel is situated. Also the staff were very good as was breakfast.

The only thing I thought was missing in the rooms was air conditioning .

the internet coverage inside the rooms are bit weak and my single room facing west was a bit small and hot in the afternoon. btw, no air-con but a small fan in the room.
