Spotless place with genuinely professional staff. Nicely furnished room with a lovely balcony. Wonderful paintings in the room. Sumptuous and extensive breakfast with plenty of good food. Complimentary drinks at the lobby bar. Excellent service throughout the stay.

I enjoyed my stay at this sensational hotel, incredibly comfortable and individual rooms. The place had a warm atmosphere. The room with all necessary amenities. Everything was simply wonderful.

Location: the hotel was close enough to fountain, the center of the historic part of town, and Machu Picchu and surroundings for 2 days. The superior king room was individual, included hairdryers, bath robes and slippers. Top-notch service was provided too.

The hotel staff was not very friendly.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the stunning bar at the hotel, with its cozy atmosphere and delicious drinks. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the main sights in the city. Additionally, I appreciated the availability of cocoa leaves and tea to help with altitude sickness.

The restaurant at the hotel had a monastery-like atmosphere, which didn't create the most enjoyable dining experience. The service there was also a bit stiff and lacking in warmth.

We booked a superior delux room for three days but were dissapointed with the size of the room especially when we returned three days later and stayed for one night in a far better room.

Fantastic Service and Beautiful Setting

During our recent stay at Monasterio, A Belmond Hotel, we were blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, and the level of customer service throughout our stay was truly outstanding.

The overall experience at this place was exceptional and I highly recommend it; the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options including fruits, omelets, bread, cereals, and pastries.

The site is beautiful. My son and I enjoyed the artwork and the history. Our room was comfortable and the staff was most hospitable. The breakfast was amazing.

We highly recommend this place as a wonderful home base for exploring Cusco. The hotel proved to be excellent in every way. The premises are equipped with a restaurant called El Tupay which was a great convenience. The waitstaff at the restaurant were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. What made our stay even better was the fact that we were upgraded to a lovely room that we absolutely loved.

It has tastefully decorated and unique rooms to offer with wonderful views, the bathroom, free Wi-Fi. The staff are very professional, everyone.

The bathrooms are tiny.

the hotel had a central location and it was walking distance from a history museum.

Nothing it is perfect.

The hotel is located in the heart of the historic city, close to many places of interest for anyone visiting. It's just a short walk down to the restaurants in the central square and to the shops of the Barranco neighborhood. The rooms are cozy and the bathroom amenities are wonderful. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast spread is delicious.

The rooms at the hotel are on the smaller side, which may be uncomfortable for those who prefer more space.
