Sincerely, it was a such great stay on a business trip. Its ideal, central location was a plus. A few times I ate at Bei Otto, located at a medium distance from the hotel.

Offers excellent and perfect location in a secure area. Make sure to get king suite with blacony, bathtub, as for instance.

The room was quiet and also had separate shower. The location was great, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a short street.

The views were not so great.

The pool area was lovely and the location was comfortable and unbeatable, not far from Sukhumvit Road between Asok, a taxi and shopping areas. The attentive staff was much appreciated.

Outstanding food, very very helpful and exceptionally attentive staff from doorman to cleaners. Comfortable bed in the king suite, plus a balcony, a storage space and a safe box. Magnificent location, a short walk to everywhere.

Whole place was fairly clean with great views; excellent location to sky train. Location: the hotel was close enough to transport links and entertainment, and train station.

Very easy to get from Don Muang airport, just 30 km. Bright and attractive rooms with separate bathrooms and an electric kettle and a fridge.

Great and perfect location, 15 minutes' walk to a huge mall. Warm and very good breakfast for all tastes with the great tasting thai dishes, omelettes, non availability of what was offered.

The hotel was in a central location in a great area. Besides, it was so close to key local transport, bus station and metro station and two major shopping centers, Terminal 21 and the Emporium. The room we had was decent sized and newly decorated, came with crisp new sheets, large bathroom, as example.

My recent stay at Mermaid in Bangkok was fantastic. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the mermaid theme. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the owner even took the time to meet me personally. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure and temperature. The hotel also had strong WiFi and plenty of power points for convenience. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Bangkok.

The hotel is in a good location, with plenty of cafe`s and bars nearby. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable and although the skytrain passes quite close, it cannot be heard. My Thai wife and I, stayed in a corner suite, (room706) for two days.It was as described and also had tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The bathroom was large and bright, thanks to a large window, above the bed on one side and over the bath on the other side. There was always plenty of hot water available at anytime, for a bath, or, a shower. Breakfast is from 07-00 until 10-30 am, which is good if you are on holiday. There are both western style and Thai breakfasts to choose from and although they don`t leave too many eggs etc. in the hot pans, the chef soon brings more when required and will also cook them to your liking.The breakfast coffee is also better, than the average provided by most hotels. The staff are friendly and checking in and out was very quick and hassle free. There is a security woman, who helps you with your bags into the hotel, but, no bell boy, to take you up to your room. When you leave the hotel, there is a genuine massage shop, which gives good service on the other side of the road. Turn left onto Sukhumvit Rd and within five minutes walk, there is an English type Pub, which serves steak and ale pie and a roast dinner on Sunday`S.If you are going sightseeing, leave early, as a lot of places close at lunchtime. Also, use the skytrain, or, underground, whenever possible, as the traffic is horrendous. Use a taximeter when using the roads, the cost from the airport to the hotel was 275 Baht and took approx one hour I would reccomend this hotel to my friends..Did`nt use wifi, so no comment. Tip, Tell the ticket clerk on the underground if you are a pensioner, because they give you a big discount, if you are.
