Service was good, personnel was very helpful. Room was ok, but was located at end of hallway. Since there was re-construction being done, the backside of the building was open. Rain fell down on some metal plate all night, keeping us awake without ear plugs. Location is ok, but walk to central square takes a while. They stored our bags during the inca trail, which was perfect.
The keeping us awake part, as described above.

The hotel offered a good breakfast and free high-speed internet. Its location was also convenient, with attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel rooms were not as advertised, with some facilities not working properly and lacked windows. The area surrounding the hotel was quite polluted and noisy, with strong fumes from vehicles and was not visually appealing.

We had a great stay in this hotel! The location was slightly outside the city center, but we didn't mind the walk. We were surprised by the fantastic value we got for the room and the delicious to-go breakfast they provided us with on our early morning tour. The rain shower was refreshing, and the comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. The staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodating.
Nothing is perfect! However, this hotel comes pretty close.

The hotel is located in an area near the main plaza which is convenient for exploring the city. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent, and hot water was available in the bathroom.
The hotel had poor soundproofing, so noise could be heard from outside.

The hotel had a central location and was easy to access. The staff were overall friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We also appreciated the fact that there was a tour desk with helpful information readily available.
Our stay over New Year's was quite underwhelming. The room was not well insulated, leading to a lot of noise from outside and making it difficult to sleep.
