I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Cusco. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had a comfortable stay. Secondly, the basic amenities provided in the room were great value for money, from the comfortable beds to the free Wi-Fi that worked perfectly. Lastly, the location near the main plaza was ideal, making it easy to explore the city and its attractions. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and service I received at this hotel.

All in all, everything was just fine.

Service was good, personnel was very helpful. Room was ok, but was located at end of hallway. Since there was re-construction being done, the backside of the building was open. Rain fell down on some metal plate all night, keeping us awake without ear plugs. Location is ok, but walk to central square takes a while. They stored our bags during the inca trail, which was perfect.

We had a great stay in this hotel! The location was slightly outside the city center, but we didn't mind the walk. We were surprised by the fantastic value we got for the room and the delicious to-go breakfast they provided us with on our early morning tour.
