Loved the place, had a QUITE COMFORTABLE stay for a business trip. I found the hotel's location great and incredible, really close to Niagara Falls, Buffalo / Niagara tourist attractions and excellent restaurants. I ate in the casual restaurant nearby.
Facilities were beautiful, yet Wi-Fi was bad.

C'était exactement ce qu'il nous fallait, un hôtel très proche de l'aéroport. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres, avec des matelas de qualité. Le personnel était aimable et le service professionnel. De plus, le bar proposait un large choix de boissons et cocktails à des prix raisonnables. L'emplacement était idéal pour se reposer avant de partir explorer les parcs.
Le service au restaurant était excessivement long, ce qui était un peu décevant.

During my recent stay at Doubletree, I was impressed by the genuine care and attention I received from the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even accommodating my back issues by providing a comfortable work space. The bartender remembered my order and drink preference from the previous night, and the front desk staff genuinely asked about my day. Despite the terrible weather, the entrance was always clean and free of any mess. The courtesy van driver was kind and helpful, making sure I stayed safe in the slippery conditions. The room itself was spotless, with comfortable beds and nice linens. The management at Doubletree has clearly done an excellent job in hiring and training a staff that truly cares about their guests. I highly recommend this hotel for its great facility, people that care, and excellent management.
