Convenient location, easy to get to places, and helpful staff. The hotel is situated close to many key locations and we were able to travel easily and without difficulty. The staff were friendly and always eager to help. We really enjoyed the free parking and the good Wi-Fi offered at this hotel.

Room lacked hot water, and was generally uncomfortable. The bathroom had no hot water, and we had to have cold showers.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was situated on a main avenue near downtown. The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive, and the hotel had great amenities including parking. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and one particular member at the front desk went above and beyond. He spoke both English and Spanish and gave me excellent directions. this hotel exceeded my expectations.

During Christmas, my family and I stayed at a hotel in a commercial district known for floor tiles and stainless steel restaurant equipment stores. The location turned out to be perfect for us, as it was near many of the places we wanted to visit, including a hospital and a clinic. We were also pleased to discover that the hotel had free and secure parking inside, which was a huge plus. the decent Wi-Fi connection allowed us to keep in touch with our loved ones during our stay.

For two days, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink or shower, making it difficult for us to shower and wash up. It seemed that the staff was not too concerned about fixing the issue in a timely manner, which was frustrating.

The location on a busy avenue near downtown was convenient with decent wifi. Decent parking was secure. A man at front desk made good communication in English, and his problem-solving skills were helpful.

The room was cramped and had a small bathroom with no hot water in sink or shower.
