The room is modest and new-fashioned with good bed & shower, also they can offer wake-up service. The location is central. Would book here again, the property met expectation.

The place was straightforward and had amiable and extremely polite staff with manager about that, greatly enjoyed the stay. The hotel was in a favourable location next to a river and waterfalls. A train station was located next to the venue.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel conveniently located right next to the railway station. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the Urubamba river. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The breakfast was delicious, especially the natural fruit juices. We also enjoyed the modern facilities and comfortable beds. The location made it easy to access the bus stand for Machu Picchu. It was a fantastic choice for our trip.

The noise from the passing trains and street outside could be a bit disruptive at times.

We had the triple room and it was new-fashioned and complete with good bed and smart TV, as example. The location was favourable and excellent and next to a river and waterfalls. We couldn't recommend more this hotel, spent here good 1 night.

Well priced hotel overlooking the river, we had a really good experience here. The very attentive staff helped us during visit. The breakfast was complimentary and excellent with a great selection of options in the dining room. The service was efficient, the food was good.

Honestly no complains at all. Exceptionally nice breakfast, world class views, unbeatable location near the train station and Machu Picchu Bus Stop, and most of the restaurant in the town. Modest rooms, amicable employees with manager about that. Exceptionally comfortable bed, satellite TV, central heating and an individual safe.

Central location was a plus. I was given reasonably large and modest room just how expected it to be with confortable bed and big windows, as for instance.

Convenient location for exploring Machu Picchu. The 4am breakfast start was perfect for our early trip. Comfortable seating in reception was great for waiting for the train. I recommend Ferre for a hassle-free stay.

A safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini-fridge-bar in our a double room were useful during stay. The breakfast was excellent and nice and we tasted cold drinks.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, best in Peru. The shower was marvelous, like a Spanish Shower. Fantastic breakfast. Beautiful view of the river. Quiet location near train station.

I stayed at a hotel in Machu Picchu during Christmas time, and to be honest there weren't many rooms available. I lucked out with two free complementary dinners, and the hotel was perfectly located near the train station and bus stop. The breakfast with the view of the river was amazing, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The thin walls in the hotel made it hard to get a good night's sleep. I was constantly awakened by noises coming from the hallway.
