Additionally, the pool is gorgeous and perfect for relaxation.

It is disappointing that there is only one restaurant on-site, limiting dining options.

The hotel is ultra contemporary. We stayed in a pool villa that overlooked the Pacific. It was extremely peaceful and often we didn't see anyone else. We ate two meals there and it was excellent.

If you want loud music and lots of people this isn't your hotel!

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Acapulco with a design that took my breath away. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the plays of light and the incredible vistas throughout the property. The architect, Miguel Angel Aragones, truly outdid themselves.

The view was breathtaking. Modern architecture. Great for couples. Excellent service. Best breakfast menu. Welcoming staff. Magical and artistic layout. Beautiful pool villa.

We had the most incredible view of the bay from our balcony at Encanto. The room was beautifully designed with a thoughtful touch. The pool was expansive and stunning, perfect for a relaxing swim. The service was exceptional, and the valet parking was a bonus. It truly was an excellent choice for a romantic getaway.

Spending my Thanksgiving at this hotel was a truly amazing experience. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival, which definitely set the tone for the rest of our stay. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains and ocean. We especially enjoyed being able to easily access the beach and nearby attractions. And let's not forget about the delicious food - we were blown away by the variety and quality of the dishes served.

While we had a great time overall, there were a few downsides to our stay. The biggest issue was the lack of privacy in the bathrooms - the walls were quite thin and didn't provide much sound insulation.

The zip-lining activity was exhilarating, and the beach was beautiful with tons of activities.

Price was a bit too high, and I felt the room service was a bit overpriced. The night entertainment was boring.

The staff at the restaurant, El Origen, were exceptional and provided fine dining at reasonable prices. The room was spacious and had its own balcony with stunning views. Despite a few minor maintenance issues, such as worn-out towels, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for its unbeatable views and great food quality. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Acapulco.

The pool area was nice and clean. The hotel was located near the beach and it was conveniently close to a lot of restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed the free breakfast they offered every morning.

The room was very plain and lacked character. The bed was uncomfortable and the walls were very thin so we could hear everything in the room next to us.
