Had brand-new and large deluxe king room on top floors and wake-up service was available in it. Location: the hotel was so close to the center and other zone, major attractions and a shopping mall. You can find Citronela around 4-6 minutes walk from the venue to a have lunch.

Excellent service, bright room with appliances and good curtains, as example. Location near restaurants and nearby restaurants and bars and many tourist attractions. Again, walking distance to a wax museum.

We stayed at a well-located hotel, just a short walk to Juarez metro station and the old town in one direction. There were also plenty of shops nearby. The room was spacious with a big shower tub and a safe deposit box. The staff was friendly and helpful, always greeting us when we entered or left. They even provided free bottles of water and had a computer in the lobby for guests to use.
The overall cleaning was good, but there was a slight smell of "old" and "humidity" on the floors.

The hotel was fairly clean and absolutely fabulous with reliable wi-fi. The venue was in a very central location next to many tourist attractions such as Zona Rosa, Ejecutivo and Juarez metro station. Before bed I went to Parker & Lenox for a nightcap, it's steps away from the property.
