It was perfect stay, I really enjoyed excellent food.

The room was great-sized with a very comfy bed and with a terrace. The setting was magnificent, really close to the caves of Altimar, the center, and a restaurant for a meal. I ate in the tapas restaurant nearby.

The setting was ideal, just next door to restaurant, and the old center. The breakfast spread was marvellous and magnificent with freshly cooked eggs, bacon, omelettes.

Generally, the place was stylish and had outstandingly accommodating staff from check-in to check-out. The room was stylish and new-fashioned with separate bathroom and the view was magnificent. The location of the hotel was marvellous and lovely - relatively near Museum of Torture. The restaurant was PARTICULARLY GOOD for lunch and for every budget.

Perfect and tranquil location very close to Museo y Fundacion Jesus Otero. The rooms good sized, huge with a beautiful view, own jacuzzi plus a balcony.

The rooms with a spa bath, jacuzzi and a beautiful view were well-appointed. The pool was lovely and I had complimentary drinks in the pool bar.

Marvellous location, at a walking distance from a collegiate church. Luxurious king room with own jacuzzi, a balcony plus a really big bathroom with a good shower.

I recently stayed at this four-star hotel in Santillana del Mar and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the old center of the town. It made exploring the charming streets and historical sites incredibly easy. The service at this hotel was outstanding, from the moment I checked in to the day I checked out. The staff provided top-notch service and were always friendly and attentive, especially the bar staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job, ensuring that my room was always clean and tidy.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. I highly recommend it to family and friends.

The staff were amazing, providing excellent service, while the food was absolutely delicious; the restaurant was simple but satisfying. I am also grateful to the receptionist for their assistance. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

This place is great for a short stay, and the staff is very helpful. I really liked that the superior king room had a heating system, a mini bar, and a flat-screen television. Everything was taken care of.

The location was amazing and incredible, just a short walk away from a different zoo. The restaurant was pretty good for lunch, I tried appetising dishes.

The location for Santillana del Mar was great and incredible, near to Altamira cave as well as the ferry port. The breakfast was very good and magnificent with toasts and eggs cooked to order and yogurt, and had all you need.

It had a marvellous and fantastic location near to fabulous, the caves of Altimar, and the cafes beside the main public carpark in Santillana. Actually everything was well-maintained, my next choice again in Santillana del Mar.
