A double room accommodated us perfectly. Decent and amicable employees helped us a lot. The hotel was in a great location, to historical neighborhood.

The staff were useless, didn't expect that coming.

The rooms are reasonably large and exceptionally nice and they have central heating, multi-channel TV, and a coffee maker...

Location: the hotel was really close to the old historic center, Zacatecas, and the Cathedral where main tourist visit. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room overall was reasonably large: D

We really enjoyed sleeping 3 nights in this hotel. Central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a coffeemaker in our family room were useful during stay. The restaurant was relatively close to the venue.

The breakfast was excellent, with decent and affable staff and lots of food. The location of the hotel was marvellous - just a short stroll away from a beautiful mountain.

I had a great stay in this hotel, especially because of its location close to the center and the beautiful aqueduct. The staff was very friendly and helpful, with excellent English skills and a willingness to assist me with any queries I had. Additionally, the cleanliness of this hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast included plenty of tasty traditional Mexican dishes.

My Easter weekend stay was great! The complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were perfect for starting off my day. The hotel was located in the middle of everything, which gave me easy access to local shops and restaurants. The room was also very spacious; I had plenty of space to enjoy my stay.

The dirty pool, but it didn't impact my stay too much. The elevators were also slow, but that gave me more time to explore the city.

We had a great stay in a comfortable and well-located hotel. The property is conveniently located near the city center and the aqueduct, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of amenities, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of options. We especially enjoyed the view from the rooftop pool and sun deck.

The parking was a bit tight, but we were able to find a spot on the street in front of the hotel.

The hotel's location is ideal, only a short walk from the main attractions in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful, speaking both English and Spanish fluently. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of tasty Mexican dishes to choose from.

Our room had a strange smell in the bathroom, and the swimming pool appeared to be neglected and dirty. Unfortunately, some of the amenities in the room were not up to our expectations, including non-functional lights and an underperforming air conditioner.

Great location, friendly staff, nice aesthetics, clean rooms, amazing breakfast, comfortable beds.
