Everything was brand-new, so were fabulous views over the sea. The staff team was welcoming and exceptional. The location was marvellous in the lovely area. There was a great restaurant in the hotel. It was a really really nice stay by 1 night, recommend this place.

Appreciated our stay in this hotel. Had a really good stay by 1 night, everything was brand-new. The location was good and stunning, short walk to restaurants and cafes and shops, other attractions and the city centre right across from the Cathedral, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Konsai that was only 5 minutes' walk away. We booked standard double room and it was panoramic.

Tastefully decorated superior queen room with terrace. Excellent location close to the city center, excellent place for a weekend.

Had a very good stay by 1 night. The standard queen room was functional with nice view. The excellent location was 4-6 minutes' walking distance from Cathedral of Funchal. The hotel itself was in a busy area, not far from Funchal's main sights, transport links, bars, restaurants and shops as well as the mountains and Funchal.

We booked it before and recommend it to everyone. Liked every detail about our very nice 3 nights stay here. The service was helpful as we had expected.

Generally helpful service with parking outside. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Consistently courteous staff with great local knowledge.

I had the standard double room which was large with balcony. The location was good and amazing, very close to Cathedral of Our Lady of the Assumption.

This hotel is a sound choice for anyone visiting the city center of Funchal. It is located right in the heart of the shopping district, making it convenient for exploring all the main sites, using public transportation, and enjoying the seafront. The rooms are decently sized and surprisingly quiet, offering a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet is a highlight, with a variety of delicious breads and a good selection of hot and cold options. Additionally, the rooms with large balconies offer great views towards the hills, adding to the overall experience.

All was ok, no major issues to improve upon.

The location is really super central. Since the weather was a bit rainy and I couldn't hike as much as I had planned, I thought it was great that I could stroll around the city. Everything could be easily reached on foot: many restaurants, the market, the cable car, etc. . The hotel is very average in terms of facilities and in general. It was also very pleasant that it was very quiet in the pedestrian zone, so no traffic noise.

The location is top, the room is a bit small, but great for 1 week!
