Beautiful building and rooms with nice updated bathrooms. Nice location - right next to a performing arts theater. Set in a safe area close to fun eateries and local cocktail establishments.

Luxury accommodation with fantastic setting not far from shopping destinations such as the Americana at Brand and Universal Studios Hollywood, which is about a 10 minute drive away. A wide array of excellent options for meal. Separate room, reasonably clean bathroom.

Units with a queen bed. Favourable central location very close to Downtown, Hollywood and Pasadena as well as shopping destinations.

We loved the welcoming, Euro-boutique style of this hotel. The rooms were quaint and full of character, with comfy beds and baby soft linens. The location was superb, just a block away from the famous Galleria and in the exact area we needed to be. Plus, we could easily walk to all the tourist areas we wanted to see, as well as enjoy a delicious lunch at Porto's Bakery down the street.

The hotel is convenient to my daughters house and also to local restaurants and shopping. The hotel is quaint and well maintained.

The only thing that I would like to see them add is an affiliation with a local health club, so that guest have a place to go to work out.

Very comfortable hotel, with small, by American standards, but comfortable and clean rooms with original interior. Very responsive and always ready to help staff. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are places around to eat in the morning and evening.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise. I live just a few miles away, but I decided to stay at this charming hotel after a nearby wedding. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. And the best part? Free parking! The staff was incredibly friendly and even carried our bags up the stairs for us. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. They even upgraded us to an "executive" room with a jacuzzi tub. We enjoyed the convenience of free Wi-Fi and the option to purchase specialty drinks in the room. The hotel is for adults only, so it was nice and quiet. Plus, there are so many great restaurants and shops within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, cleanliness, and fantastic service.

no elevator, very steep stairs, lobby on second level (restaurant on first) no street views, just alley and parking lot, no bellhop carts. we did have help carrying our bags, though

Very clean room and nice bathroom. Comfortable bed and great selection of beverages in the refridgerater at a reasonable price.

Next time, would request a second floor room - could hear the music from below. But was tired and a comfy bed so went to sleep fast.

We loved the cleanliness and quiet atmosphere of the hotel. The room was beautifully furnished with modern touches and had a great bathroom. The hotel's location was convenient, with nearby freeway access and excellent restaurants and shopping just a block away. The free parking was a bonus for us as well.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The room was very comfortable, bed and linens first class. Tho an older building, the bathroom was remodeled, nice modern surfaces, marble-like shower, nice tub. TV was high quality, locks secure. Surprisingly nice in the rooms, tho small.

Must hump up long flight of stairs to get to reception, no place to park car out front or at the back door in the alley to unload luggage, no bell to ring for assistance. I am told they will be installing an elevator, will be a welcome addition.

Ease of check in, contemporary yet traditional styling of room. Price offered at time of stay. Google search position and ability to check availability and book my room all online. That was the most convenient offering to me.
