We would love to return in this exceptionally comfortable hotel. The venue is gorgeous with attentive staff, breakfast is free, the best location close to the plaza of Cozumel. The rooms are decent size with big beds.

We had a cheap and neat room, also there were flat screen TV with cable channels, it's own balcony, and complimentary Wi-Fi: )

My favorite property in Cozumel. Well priced and quaint accommodation with incredibly attentive staff from the maids to the receptionists. The pool area is nice too. Everything great. Close to a ferry port for easy access.

The location is perfect, directly across the street from where cruise ships normally dock and close to the ferry dock. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are basic but comfortable, with a balcony facing west. The complimentary breakfast at their sister hotel, Casa Mexicana, is a nice bonus.
That the internet connection was unreliable.

Great location for exploring the city and finding restaurants and shops. Our room had a nice kitchenette and the free breakfast offered plenty of options. The AC worked great.
The noise from the busy street outside made it difficult to sleep. Our view wasn't what we expected.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Cozumel. the value for money was exceptional, providing comfort and cleanliness at an affordable price. The attention to detail in the rooms, with two balconies overlooking the malecon, was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel, right across from the town square and close to the ferry dock, made it convenient for exploring the area and catching the cruise ships. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast at Casa Mexicana, included with the room, was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay.
All was fine, no improvements needed.

This budget hotel is in a fantastic location, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It's very close to the beach and you can walk to both the cruise ship docks and the ferry docks. Some rooms have great views of the Caribbean and there's a nice pool. The hotel also offers kitchenettes with refrigerators and stoves.
The check-in process isn't very friendly, but the rest of the staff is helpful.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, with everything within walking distance. Whether you want to explore the restaurants and shopping areas of San Miguel or catch a dive boat from the piers across the street, it's all conveniently close by. The rooms, though a bit dated, are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Plus, the staff is friendly and provides basic amenities, ensuring a hassle-free stay. And if you're looking for a delicious breakfast to start your day, the hotel offers a great option at a nearby hotel, just a block away.
The only minor inconvenience we experienced was that the hotel didn't have its own breakfast service. However, this was easily remedied by going to a nearby hotel for a tasty meal to keep us going until lunchtime.

Can't think of anything.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and a lot of attention to detail. Located directly across the street from where cruise ships normally dock, it is also conveniently close to the ferry dock and the town square. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, ensuring that every guest feels well taken care of. The basic amenities in the rooms are sufficient and the option of having a private balcony is a bonus. The buffet breakfast included at Casa Mexicana is a delightful start to the day, offering a wide variety of authentic Mexican dishes.
All was fantastic at this hotel, nothing to improve.

Spending Christmas here was amazing! Breakfast was included and it was fantastic, with made-to-order omelettes and fresh juice. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk to great restaurants and the main attractions. Plus, it was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room for snacks and drinks.
The room we had was a bit noisy at night, as we could hear traffic from the street. the beds were a little on the firm side, which made it hard to get comfortable.
