The rooms were comfortable, with big TVs and amenities like air conditioning and a water kettle. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which had a good selection of items to choose from.

No staff at reception in late evening in a three star hotel? Never heard of that, but happened here - I had to fetch my keys from a lockbox!

Our bed sheets were dirty and were not changed on arrival into our room. The bathroom was awful and shower head was broken.

the location of this hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, including plenty of bars and restaurants. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed during my stay. Additionally, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities such as air conditioning and a water kettle. I appreciated having these facilities available for my comfort. Finally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was satisfactory. Although there could have been a better selection of vegetables, there were still enough options to satisfy my appetite in the morning.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and have no major complaints.
