Great food, overall good old place.

Neat and nicely decorated room with the balcony, magnificent position. Location really close to public transport to Berlin and the buses and trams and the many Potsdam attractions.

it is luxurious venue in an unbeatable location right in the centre of potsdam, the services it offers are excellent. the rooms are beautifully decorated for an excellent breakfast and the staff are efficient. the atmosphere of the hotel is elegant. at the lobby bar they serve great food and drinks. thank you for a really enjoyable stay.

Potsdam is so cool and the hotel was in a perfect location - we could easily walk to the town center and explore all the shops and restaurants. The rooms were stylish and clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We even had a great view from our room!

The only thing we wished for was a better party vibe at the hotel. It would have been awesome if they had a cool bar or lounge area where we could hang out and have some fun with our friends.

The hotel is located near the Dutch Quarter, has spacious rooms, and helpful staff. Underground parking available for 20 euros/night.

Clean comfortable rooms that were at a pleasant temparature, unlike many other hotels where rooms are too hot. Helpful and pleasant staff. Dinner was very good with daily changes to the menu.

Wonderful old hotel in a shopping area, close to restaurants and bars. Lovely building and rooms with the balcony. Comfy location for our visit to a private art museum a 10-15 minute walk from the property.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amazing service and attention to detail. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Our room was jaw-droppingly clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of the Jager Gate. The location was perfect, with a wide variety of restaurants just steps away. The breakfast spread was mind-blowing, offering something for every type of diet. We were pleasantly surprised by the pet-friendly amenities, including kennels and bowls for our furry friends. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city center and the nearby park. We couldn't have asked for a better experience - everything was top-notch!

Good location in Potsdam. Room was small but well appointed. Nice old world decor in lobby and restaurant. Staff very helpful.

Parking in their garage is a challenge. You have to drive up a car elevator ramp and go over two wheel blocks all in a limited space.

The room at Hotel Am Jägertor was absolutely stunning! The classical-style decor and fine materials made me feel like royalty. I especially loved the air conditioning, which kept the room cool and comfortable during my stay. And the view of the historic Jägertor from the air-conditioned room was simply breathtaking!

The only thing I didn't particularly like was the view of the private garden terrace. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

If I / we are staying in Potsdam it always the Hotel Jägertor. I travel frequently and stay in many hotels on a monthly basis. The minute you walk through the main reception door and are greeted you know you are in a professionally run hotel. The rooms are immaculately clean and always look fresh and as if they have recently be renovated. Exactly the way it should be in a hotel. Breakfast layout counters for all tastes with a fine selection of foods; and once again professional service. Potsdam shopping is literally within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel door. Strongly recommended, and a high benchmark for all other hotels to try and follow.

I had a delightful stay at a beautiful hotel in a great location. The hotel was recently renovated with high-quality attention to detail. The staff were exceptional and the dining options were excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near Sanssouci Palace and has good bus connections. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding amenities and service.
