homey traditional hotel with pleasant views of the park. marvellous and lovely location easy to find right in the town center and really quiet area.

We got a room with bidet. The staff was nice, absolutely perfect with every request.

I loved staying in this quaint old-fashioned hotel. The staff was knowledgeable, exceptional services. The room was newly decorated and spotless with a balcony, terrace, for instance, booked it for £ 43. The airport was 5 minutes drive away. This was a really nice trip, I did not want to leave there.

The hotel was chic, had fabulous views and FAVOURABLE location close enough to the Basque Country, and shore of France. The rooms were spotless and newly remodelled with all facilities, large bathroom.

The hotel was in a marvellous position very close to beaches that are 6 km away by bike, all boutiques and restaurants are and the centre of town. We saw San Marcial, that's not too far away from the venue.

Fairly nice stay for a business trip. The venue is big and clean with a great value and amazingly nice and very pleasant staff. Unbeatable central location, near to the port and beaches and frequent trains. Also, close to the centre of Irun.

The breakfast was fine, all meals were fine.

Outstanding and fine breakfast with Spanish treats to try and accommodating staff. Location not far from a 5 minutes walking distance from restaurants, boutiques as well as restaurants and shopping.

Very nice stay, as always. Everything was nice, great service, incredible location just next door to dining options as well as the airport terminal. Big bed, clean bathroom and a sofa bed, central heating and a TV in the room. Knowledgeable staff, friendly check in. Fine breakfast, lots of options available.

The hotel was pleasant, the room was newly remodelled and I appreciated accommodating staff. The restaurant was good for bar or restaurant here, I had hot dishes. Got exceptionally comfortable bed and central heating and a multi-channel TV. The location was marvellous and lovely, for example, an archaeological museum was just a short stroll away from the property. Also, the area was very quiet. The stay was absolutely fairly nice.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the rooms had a lovely view of the outside trees. I especially enjoyed the large terrace where I could relax and soak up the atmosphere. The breakfast was a highlight with multiple options and included some delicious Spanish treats to try.

No major issues, everything was just fine.

Very good place for a quiet night's break for train travellers across Europe, convenient for both Spanish and French frontier stations, with an enjoyable estuary walking route to the latter, and an excellent restaurant just across the road

Let down by a fairly late arrival and finding the first room we were offered had not been serviced
