Particularly good location for Guanajuato, really close to the center of the historic center as well as Starbucks. Good choice of superb food for meals.

They were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The basic amenities provided were exactly what I needed, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I particularly loved the rooms with a small balcony, as it offered a lovely view of the surroundings. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious. The variety of options available ensured that everyone's tastes were catered to. It was the perfect way to start each day of my stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near Mercado Hidalgo GTO, which was a nice surprise, and we enjoyed exploring the Centro Historico neighborhood. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay.

Also, the location is particularly good, minutes from a surprisingly interesting museum. Would come here again if we go to Guanajuato, greatly enjoyed it.

Liked my king room with a balcony and a colonial style, as for instance. The decor here was Colonial. Location: the hotel was not far from a historic monastery or something, very unique place, the public areas, and the main plaza. It also was on top of the mountain where the Mirador del Pipila is.

Didn't like the area, it was really noisy.

Noisy street at night.

The hotel has a rustic charm that is very warm and inviting. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The location is central and easily accessible to nearby shops and restaurants. The restaurant had live jazz and the menu looked good.

The room itself was lacking in some amenities, such as no air conditioning or fridge. The bathrooms were a bit rustic and the shower drain was slow.
