It was a trendy boutique hotel that covered all our needs. All the employees were nice and helpful.

The hotel was located really close to restaurant and the mountains and Tepoztlan, Amatlan. Overall the room was beautiful and nice with spectacular mountain views as well as a terrace. Dinner and breakfast food was outstanding! The staff were friendly and incredible and the location was fantastic by amazing nature. Really enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow.

The view of the surrounding mountains at Hostal De La Luz - Spa Holistic Resort was absolutely breathtaking. It felt like I was in a magical, secluded paradise. The design and layout of the property were impeccable, with beautiful pools, gardens, and streams creating a tranquil atmosphere. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the massages at the spa were truly incredible. The front desk and spa staff were so helpful and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I left feeling rejuvenated and would definitely come back for the healing energy of this place.

Spent Christmas surrounded by breathtaking views of mountains, trees, and gardens, accompanied by friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed delicious meals with a varied menu that included vegan, vegetarian and omnivorous options. The pools were warm and relaxing and the temazcal provided an authentic Mexican heat treatment experience.

The location can be a bit hard to find as the hotel is not clearly advertised, and GPS and map applications may lead you astray. The floors of the shower with little river rocks were uncomfortable and burned the feet.
