The staff was genuinely helpful and very very helpful. The room was great-sized and stocked with a comfy bed. A microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge were available. This was a magnificent and comfy location so close to the museum and downtown and east side.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and the value for money was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. From the friendly housekeeping team to the helpful front desk staff, everyone was exceptionally nice. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. I also appreciated the attention to detail in returning towels and the well-equipped kitchen in the room. The location of the hotel, just off the interstate in a moderately quiet area, was perfect for me. Additionally, the breakfast provided a wide range of options, including packaged items to be taken somewhere else to be eaten, which was a convenient and thoughtful touch. I also enjoyed the complimentary drinks that were offered.

The king size bed was really comfortable and the front desk staff, Pat, was super friendly and kind. The hotel is in a great location, just off the interstate and close to nearby restaurants. The suites are spacious and have a kitchen area with a cooktop, which is perfect when traveling with younger children.

Almost perfect. The couch bed was hard and lumpy, and there were no extra linens or pillows provided. The carpets throughout the hotel were dirty.
