The rooms are new-fashioned and immaculate here with 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette, refrigerator.

The staff at the hotel were really helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel is great and convenient, just a 15-minute drive from Chattanooga Metropolitan airport.

Had a really good experience at this wonderful and quiet hotel. The location is great, just off shops, eateries, and several great restaurants. The service was excellent overall. Enjoyed the salad bar and the nice pool.

The staff quickly accommodated our early check-in and were helpful throughout our stay. The suite was perfect for our small family, equipped with all necessary amenities. The pool was enjoyable and there were always refreshments available. The breakfast had a good variety of packaged options. Conveniently located near attractions with reasonable rates.

The property was torn up for remodeling. Concrete lobby floors, lamps unplugged, the phone was a prop with no cord, no wastebaskets. Although you take pets there is no greenspace for them to poddy. Breakfast was too overcooked to eat.

The room I stayed in was top-notch with excellent breakfast, and it's in a great location close to the freeway.

The hotel was fairly large. The meals were excellent. I truly enjoyed the great location close to an expansive shopping center with eateries and plenty of stores including groceries, clothing, and shoes.

Everything was nice during our road trip stay, the rooms were well-furnished with a kitchenette and refrigerator, making it a really good experience.

our evening at homewood suites was fantastic. after a long day of travel, the comfortable bed and friendly staff instantly made us feel at home. the room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. the convenient location was a bonus, with great restaurants nearby and easy access to downtown and lookout mountain.

The staff was from hell after traveling for more than 2.5 hours with a confirm reservation only to get there to find out that you can not use cash I've stayed at many home wood suites and cash is always my method of payments felt was very upset at the professionalism or lack there of by the manager of all people. I'm glad that she was rude and ghetto the embassy suites took us in with open arms and was a much better hotel so I will switch all my business and personal travel arrangement's to a professional establishment

It was nice to be able to pick up dinner and eat it at the kitchen in the room.

The sofa sleeper was terrible! If they advertise the sofa as a sleeper it should be a comfortable mattress . When you lay on the mattress you could feel springs poking your back. We ended up putting the mattress on the. Floor!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, both the gentleman and the lady we encountered, were incredibly helpful and professional. The gentleman respected our space and offered assistance without being intrusive. The lady provided us with great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for a family with small children. The hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants and has ample parking. The staff's professionalism and helpfulness exceeded our expectations.
