The staff at the front desk was courteous and polite. Despite some minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Acapulco.

Original hotel with an excellent location and magnificent view of the bay. Brand-new room and a very comfy bed. Good choice of food at the above average breakfast. Location just off the center of the main bay, two mountains, and the main bay. Good food in the restaurants such as The Hook Beach Restaurant, located 5 min away.
