i liked the room, it was inviting and clean and had a nice decor. the daily service was amazing.

Hotel was quiet and stunningly beautiful. Staff was attentive, and facilities were clean here. Good location short walk to a coffee shop nearby, and Chetumal from time to time because of family there. Outstanding and appetising food, great service.

The staff were very helpful in every interaction we had. The service was great and the pool was very clean. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property.

Comfortable and spacious rooms with plenty of storage. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. The central location made it easy to explore the area on foot. Water was provided daily.

Despite a couple of minor issues, such as a faulty coffee maker and a less-than-ideal dining experience, my stay at Capital Plaza was enjoyable. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities.

I recently stayed at Capital Plaza in downtown for a few days to visit the Maya Culture museum. The location was fantastic, with plenty of shops and the old market nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the restaurant, and my room even had a balcony. The swimming pool was nice, and the staff, apart from the girls on reception and in the restaurant, were very polite. I had a great experience at Capital Plaza.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

Apart from the location and the name,nothing really

The fact that it was in many ways similar to the 40 us dollar hotels out there in Chetumal.

Highly disappointing that the bar area which is supposed to be open from 5pm to 1pm actually closes at 7.30. There is little reason to stay In Chetumal at all. It was a stop over for me and wished I hadn'T.

Had a wonderful Christmas experience. The hotel was decorated beautifully for the occasion with colorful lights and ornaments that made me feel the holiday spirit. I also really appreciated the complementary breakfast buffet that was included in the package. The hotel's location was perfect, near shopping centers and popular restaurants that made it easy for me to explore the town.

I was disappointed by the lack of room amenities, such as a coffee maker and a safe. the walls were thin and I could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms, which made it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep.

The hotel is nice with all you need for a quite comfortable stay. The food offer is fine.

The bathrooms are tired.

the location was perfect as it was directly opposite the bustling market, allowing me to easily explore and shop. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was commendable, with a balcony providing a great view of the city. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the value for money with breakfast included in the rate.

My stay at this hotel was great and I had no complaints.

The only thing that I didn't like was that there were a lot of mosquitos in the room an it kept us a bit busy before falling asleep..other than that nothing else..
