I loved the room with the walk-in shower and the comfy bed, and the location was great, close to the mall and the highway in a nice suburb.

Actually everything was well-maintained, my next choice again in Hixson. The food was great - good choice of options. The hotel was in a favourable location next to downtown, various dining options and the mall. It also was close to the lake.

The rooms are equipped with walk-in showers, which is convenient 🚿. There is plenty of delicious food available. The staff here is incredibly friendly and always polite, they even provided some helpful recommendations.

Room not clean. Beds poorly made with wrinkled bed skirts that were not on properly. Curtains wrinkled. The room smelled like smoke. There was a dirty sock over the smoke detector, I assume to keep it from going off while another guest smoked in the room, which housekeeping had not noticed. There was a dead bug smashed on the wall by the desk

parking was a real problem. boaters instead of parking on side wall they used 5/6 spots on what looked like a sold out night.

This was horrible! Wallswe're paper thin. Heard every door on all sides of us and every conversation in the two rooms on each side. One room had a very aggressive argument till 3:30am. It was awful! Sheets had stains, mattress was hard and stiff.
