Our stay in this cool new hotel was excellent and the location was fantastic, right next to a shopping mall and many restaurants.

The location of the hotel in Brownwood was fantastic - close to a shopping mall, the Underwood Cafeteria, and just 2 miles from Lake Brownwood State Park. The rooms were great, and I especially liked the large work desk.

The location here is amazing as it is close to a variety of dining options and cafes, making it convenient for guests.

This place provides incredibly cozy and spotless rooms fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, and even a sofa bed; moreover, the breakfast selection is wide-ranging, featuring items like hash browns and pastries.

The room was inviting and impressive, with a private bathroom equipped with a dryer and a shaving mirror. The hotel has a marvelous location, being adjacent to Brownwood and just a short distance from a recommended cafeteria. The service was excellent overall.

The staff member who checked me in greeted me with a smile and was quick to change my room from the third floor to the first floor when I asked. It was super clean and easy to stay there.

It was a large room.

No hot water. Shower was filthy. Windows were filthy. Phones not plugged in. Alarm clock not plugged in. Staff did not seem to care. Could not find a member of staff most of the time. No apologies for condition of room.

the king room with sofa at best western plus was huge! loved the two tvs and clean room. the pool loungers were nice too. perfect for a romantic weekend.

Both the front desk and housekeeping staff was great, came back to a clean room every night. Clean towels every day.

There wasn't any hot water. I was on the 2nd floor, the first morning, no hot water AT ALL! The second morning, little warmth, with more on the third morning. I talked to the front desk the first morning, they told me because a sports team was there could be the reason. I understand that, but they left the first morning.

Comfortable beds that were a good size, a spacious room with a nice TV and a convenient microwave made the stay enjoyable. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, which was a big plus. The location was also great, and if we find ourselves in the area again, we would definitely consider staying here once more. 🌟

Had a very positive stay for 2 nights, would highly recommend this place. Everything at this brand-new hotel was great as we expected. Everyone was great and informative. Really enjoyed staying in the double room with a king bed and pull-out sofa.

The hotel is clean with an awesome staff. The bed is soft and the bathroom is amazing. The location is particularly good, adjacent to a shopping mall and Underwood Cafeteria. There is a cigar bar onsite. The pool area is nice. The check-in process is fast.

I must emphasize the staff...they were excellent in terms of their relationship with the guest...excellent service should be their hallmark...all hotels should have similar attitudes with regard to customers...Brownwood is Four Stars in my book.
