Had a room with a microwave and fridge, which was super handy! The staff here were really great, they knew their stuff and got things done quickly. Plus, it's in a chill spot - not noisy at all, despite being in a mixed commercial and business area 🌿.

Great staff, they were friendly and even offered free wake-up calls and ironing services. The queen room was super clean and had awesome amenities like a nice TV, microwave, fridge, and a handy sleeper sofa for chilling out 😊.

The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a fairly quiet area, next to Atlanta proper, East Point, and Jonesboro, restaurant and shops and restaurants. The venue's position was central. Btw, we went to see the lake, it was 10 minutes walk from the venue.

Amazing Sleep Experience

We had such an amazing sleep experience at Holiday Inn Express. The beds were incredibly comfortable with clean, tight sheets that felt like a cozy embrace. The hotel's peaceful location in the commercial and business zone ensured a quiet atmosphere for a restful night's sleep. We woke up feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

My stay was for a business trip and I could not get the internet to work on my first night there. The front desk staff gave me an 800 number to call for tech support; tech support told me it was an issue I'd have to take up with the front desk, and so on and so forth. I eventually figured out most of the issue on my own, but neither the front desk nor tech support were very willing to help and I still was not able to access two of my most important programs for 2 weeks.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Suwanee and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had nice little touches to ensure a good night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the included breakfast, especially the delicious biscuits and gravy. The hotel's location, set back from busy roads, made for a peaceful stay without any traffic noise. Despite a minor issue with the curtains in my room, my overall experience was great.

Truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Decently priced place, had a such great stay for a short 1-2 days visit. We had perfect check in and the rooms were huge and spotless with nice soft beds. This venue's convenient location not far from Top Play Indoor Playground was fantastic, and it was just a short 10-15 minute walk to the city center from here.
