Clean hotel with courteous staff and good hot breakfasts. Exceptionally comfortable bed, updated and neat room. Decent and nice location, down from the famous Texan steak house. Next to the downtown and everything, shopping centers, restaurants and family in the area. Decent overall experience.

The rooms have been updated and are functional, with comfortable beds and good lighting. The staff are very friendly and attentive, offering free wake-up calls and ironing services.

Stayed here for a night with my parent and it was pretty decent. The double room we got was quite spacious and the beds were really comfy. Had a great time during our stay 🌟.

Location, friendliness of the staff

If I had been prepared with an "excuse our mess" or "construction" I wouldn't have been dismayed by the holes in the ceiling. For the price I paid I expect more of the hotel, our room had a must...kind of dank smell to it, maybe it used to be a smoking room. Elevator was painfully slow in arriving even when not in use. Otherwise I appreciated the staff and amenities provided

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in San Angelo and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The staff were incredibly friendly and amiable. They gave us a nice size and updated room with comfy beds. The breakfast was hot. The pool was nice. The location was peaceful, within a 20-minute walk of Sunset Mall.

The stay was pleasant overnight; no complaints at all.
