Exceptionally comfortable bed, very affordable and extremely spacious room with central heating, TV with cable channels, and a microwave. Great swimming pool and marvellous location so close to Fashion Outlet and Walmart and falls & soggy eggs for breakfast.

The property's location was comfy, in part due to what may have been a high demand weekend in the area. Further, it was short walk to all the restaurants and especially Fashion Outlet of Niagara Falls, Niagara Falls, restaurants, and stores, and Close to Outlet Mall. We stayed in the king room, the room was nicely decorated and new-fashioned.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were busy.

The breakfast was good hot and excellent and the place was spotlessly clean. Our room was new-fashioned, tastefully decorated and equipped with pullout sofa and microwave, as example. A microwave and a refrigerator were available in the kitchen. The location was comfy and decent for traveling around Niagara Falls, just off Niagara Falls, Ontario and Walmart and all the restaurants and especially Fashion Outlet of Niagara Falls. Furthermore, to coast. The staff was especially helpful and very friendly - we will be back.

The breakfast was nice hot with a wide array of food and mixed drinks. The hotel's location was great and perfect, not far from beat up factories and businesses, all the restaurants and especially Fashion Outlet of Niagara Falls, and the falls themselves.

It had very hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.

We got a room with a bathtub. A microwave oven and refrigerators were a huge plus. The location was excellent and perfect, close to the airport, and the view was particularly nice, too.

The setting was awful.

Heated pool, great and decent location in the porch area. New facilities and a good hot and great breakfast with pancakes.

Everything was very good and lots to do. The staff was especially helpful and top-class, my every need was addressed. The service was excellent and the rooms were a nice size and absolutely fantastic with a large bathroom, microwave, as for instance. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerators available.

I liked the extremely spacious room with couch and the staff were courteous. The hotel was in a marvellous and absolutely perfect location, to the main attraction. It was also so close to especially Fashion Outlet of Niagara Falls, Niagara Falls, Ontario and many stores.

The breakfast was nice hot and great with pancakes, so much to pick from. The location turned out to be marvellous, right by the outlet stores are, and beat up factories and businesses.

Got very affordable and reasonably spacious king room by the front desk when arrived, enjoyed that. The location offered was great next to Fashion Outlet as well as Niagara falls in August. Also, it was 15 min drive from Summit Park Mall.

It was immaculately clean, breakfast was EXCELLENT. The room was fantastic & tastefully decorated with jacuzzi, fridge and microwave, as for instance. A microwave and a refrigerator were a big plus.

Variety of options for hot and great breakfast. Quick check-in, reasonably spacious room with a TV and pullout sofa, as for instance. Marvellous and unbeatable small hotel location adjacent to the Falls and/or, stores and restaurants, and especially Fashion Outlet.

The beds were comfortable, the room was a nice size by the front desk. The breakfast was hot, the check in was easy. Besides, my parking was outside. The location was comfortable and decent - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. It was located in a business area.
