The room was a nice size on a non-smoking floor with smoke detectors for safety measures. The breakfast included free yogurt and fresh fruit. The staff were all patient.

It's not the first time in Hong Kong, but it's the best hotel choice. The location is very convenient, in a shopping center across the street entrance to the subway. There are bus and tram stops nearby. So there's no traffic problem. The price includes breakfasts, it's a huge plus for Hong Kong, as it's very difficult to find a cafe to taste at once, and once you've eaten up in the morning you can immediately master the expanses of the metropolis, saving a couple hundred Hong Kong dollars! I also liked that a lot of elevators work, waiting for which you cost less than a minute. Room cleaning every day. They didn't take the deposit. Check-in and check-out in a few minutes. Next time for 90% (not much), I will book this hotel...

I wasn't looking for minuses (not in my character), but if they were, I would have voiced them.

Decent hotel, corresponds to 3 stars. Comfortable, not the smallest room, True, not all the usual little things were in the room (comb, cotton pads, etc.), but all this could be ordered through the maid - an announcement about it hung in the bathroom. breakfast also liked. lived 5 days with a child, and always was somehow diverse - for any, even children's taste. Good noise insulation. The hotel seemed to be full, but the floor was always quiet. Location is excellent - a row of restaurants (right in the same building), shops, fruit market, etc., the subway is close. are happy!

not all the usual HC details from the bathroom were in the room.

This place is peaceful, small, with friendly staff at the front desk, offering a fantastic location near Times Square for easy walking access.

Settlement is fast, without delay - the staff is friendly and does its best to help! No deposit was taken and no funds were blocked on the card! Location of the hotel - just great! In the next building - the subway - you can get to any part of Hong Kong! There's also a bus and tram stop nearby! There are many eateries and restaurants nearby. Every day the hotel provided free water (3 bottles - there were 3 of us). Daily cleaning was carried out in the room. we got a clean and quite spacious room ( by Hong Kong standards), The hotel was quiet at night - although they lived opposite the elevators - at night and in the morning no one could be heard stomping or talking,

Not minuses - rather wishes! Breakfasts leave much to be desired :( Clearly Hong Kong - means Asian cuisine - but there are also tourists from other countries :) for example, how we - from Russia and for us breakfast was not very - but it does not mean that we went hungry! Also a little upset the view from the window - a little wrong view as expected!!! but this is Hong Kong! although in general the view was cute :)

In my room, there was a nice writing table 📝 and a comfy chair. The best part, though, was the super friendly staff here.

very good location for the shopping, restaurants, and HK Stadium. Include free breakfast, which are ok. Have free internet, which is a huge plus.

This place is in a great location close to local attractions, recommendations, and the shopping area of Causeway Bay, plus the staff is very friendly.

The location is marvellous and unbeatable, minutes from an enormous Japanese department store. The rooms are quiet and feature a sofa bed and Wifi.- The hotel provides helpful service.

Hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable. Good position in relation to transport and shopping. Hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant- English speaking. Able to book in early on day of arrival and leave luggage in storage on day of departure. Shuttle bus available $130 HK. Very enjoyable stay.

A better understanding of " western" breakfast, ie condiments with toast/croissants, fresh milk with coffee/ tea.

The hotel is excellently located - right next to shopping centre and entrance to MTR. Rooms are comfortable. Complimentary breakfast and internet access an added bonus

Comfortable location close to restaurants and bars 🍽️🍸. The room is tidy and looks new. It comes equipped with coffee/tea making facilities, a study table, and a multi-channel TV.

The size of the room was plesently surprising for a Hong Kong hotel. The included breakfast was unexpected and offered a good choice.

The lack of bar soap in favor of liquid pump soap, particularly in the shower, was not appreciated.

Last summer, my family and I stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding neighborhoods and attractions. We loved the spacious room, complete with a modern bathroom and excellent service from the staff. The hotel amenities exceeded our expectations, including a well-stocked breakfast buffet and a fitness center equipped with everything we needed to stay in shape. The only downside was that the lobby area had poor air quality due to people smoking outside. Nonetheless, it was a pleasure staying at this hotel and we would definitely return in the future.

The room was clean and relatively spacious. The set breakfast was reasonable and appropriate for guest who stay between 2 to 4 nights as there about 5 sets to choose from. Location was excellent with tremendous shopping varieties and eateries to from the surrounding areas.

Should be considerate and exercise flexibility for late check out request to a reasonable 3.00pm instead of 2pm. This is the only concern .
