The double room and facilities were beautiful. The friendly service, including the shuttle to the airport, was appreciated. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really convenient. The hotel's location across from the expressway was marvelous. The property was set in a nice area.

Booked a room with 2 double beds. The amenities included a safe, TV, and a refrigerator. The location was stunning and excellent, adjacent to the airport and many restaurants. Furthermore, it's right next to the mall.

The rooms are newly remodelled and reasonably large, complete with bunk beds and great decor. They care about guests and offer great service. The hotel provides a shuttle to the mall. The pool is clean. The location is central, with a good area, and only a 10-minute drive to the airport.

It became my favorite place to stay in Appleton. Liked spending my time in this perfectly clean hip new hotel. The lobby bar was a plus. The service provided there was great. Offered a shuttle to mall.

The rooms were recently refurbished with breakfast included. The staff were extremely friendly and excellent. The hotel was placed in a central location in the center of the town. It was really close to the library, outlets, mall, restaurants, and very convenient to the airport.

The hotel was wonderful. Spacious and elegant room, modern and efficient bathroom, big and clear television, comfortable bed and perfect pillows. Up-scale restaurant and room service. Friendly and helpful staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.

41 de booking site gave us a different price when we arrived at the hotel it was $30 more the lady at the desk was very rude when I asked if I could pay cash she said no only credit card it was very embarrassing cause she was not quite about it all I had was a debit card and then she said it will be another 30 dollars cause it was a debit card I feel like I wasn't good enough to stay at that hotel

The room was very comfortable. The best thing was the shuttle back and forth from the nearby mall--just called and the friendly shuttle driver was there to pick me up. It was a great way to spend an extra couple hours.

I did not like that a continental breakfast was not included supposedly since I had booked on line. In the future, I will not use this online booking if it means that I cannot use my AAA discount nor get continental breakfast. The price was not that great to make the loss of these benefits worth while.

The room was great - very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel had upgrades that were very nice. The location is conveniently near a major highway.

Comfortable bed. Had upgraded room, so lots of space. Food was expensive, but delicious!

Reserved a deluxe suite. Very spacious, but no fridge or microwave in room. Called front desk and they had a fridge wheeled up, but no microwave. Not sure why a deluxe room wouldn't have these things already. We couldn't warm up anything we brought to store in fridge... pretty pointless!
