Good location close to the motorway and the rooms are very modern.
This hotel is only good for it's location close to the motorway.
The location was not great, the staff was very helpful and comfort of the rooms were very good.

Aachen is a nice city to spend some time in the evening or do some shopping, the location of the hotel is extremely convenient for access to the autobahn system and the restaurant is very good.
The room was very clean , tidy and had a nice feel to it, the shower and bathrooms were tidy and clean and looked after very well.
And then the bed: OK but only one slim pillow with no additional ones to be found in any wardrobe or drawer.
There was also rather too many hairs on the sheet and on checking under the bed before we left in the morning I saw some old food that had not been cleaned.
On our first visit they mucked up our room reservation and this time they also didn't seem to understand that we had reserved a comfort room and only had smoking comfort rooms left.
The room appeared to be pretty much the standard affair; one of those that has the TV on with a welcome to you by name showing on it.
The restaurant service was good - the food was unexciting.
You help yourself, this is a buffet breakfast, help yourself to a full English breakfast, and a German one if you like, and you can eat as much as you like, which of course I did!
Moreover the breakfast was included in my rate was pretty complete - hot.
I had booked direct from the Holiday Inn website and the rate was £39 a night (without breakfast ) that I thought was very reasonable.
Breakfast is quite expensive for an extra £9 , though it is well worth it.
Services were prompt, the receptionist was pleasant and the room was very comfortable.
Staff at the reception very courteous and friendly, the room was clean.
Perfect hotel for business trips and friendly staff.
An excellent stay in one of my favourite German towns - the staff were highly professional and the rate was £39 a night that I thought was very reasonable.
Good quality, nice lobby and the staff were efficient and attentive.
It started well with a charming receptionist who spoke flawless English.
No staff came anywhere near us, and so we set off for the buffet.
The service was excellent and bathrooms were tidy and clean.
