Great location next to local warehouse district with several restaurants and bars, and right next door to the convention center.

Great location next to park and hotel is nice.

The hotels airport shuttle dosnt run all that late, and the cab service they send you is very sketchy.

When we were not there right away, the cab driver took another fare and left us out to dry.

Friendly and helpful staff, VERY comfortable bed (I was told it was a recently renovated room), decent breakfast and good service in the restaurant, great location, clean room.

The counters are quite low and one would imagine that if you re-do a bathroom you would put the comfort height counters in, but other than that, the room was really nice.

We stayed in a corner suite facing the bridge and the room was clean and nice.

VERY comfortable bed and restaurant bar staff very nice.

The staff were exceptional and toilet ran all nite - co-worker's toilet in her room didn't flush at all.

We ate at the Sports Bar/Restaurant next to the lobby and the food was average, but the service was excellent.

The service in the sports bar/restaurant was excellent for the several days I was there.

The breakfast at the Executive lounge could have been better, pool needs to be clean more often.

The breakfast is typical fat greasy food although they do have cereal and fresh fruit.

We did not order anything complicated (burgers and kids meals) so don't know how good main entrees are-it is a Damons restaurant.

Service was great meaning great staff, the room was clean and nice.

THe staff is doing a great job as well dealing and bottled water available at the front desk free.

Very nice front desk staff and hot tub are adequate.

Area's for improvement: Fitness center small with minimal equipment, there is a Golds gym on Waco drive.

The pool is outside and didn't look very appealing, the elevators are slow.

Very good resturant for dinner, pool appeared to be very nice.

Free wireless internet, the food was good and the waiter Steven was fantastic.

Room was absolutely spotless and quite comfortable.

While the lobby is nice and clean the rooms are very dated.
