  We liked the location and we just walked across the foot bridge. The hotel staff were very friendly, lobby was good and perfect locaton as we were visiting Universal Studios. The Dinner Buffet was the Best food I have ever Eaten, the pool was nice.

  Coveniently located near universal, other places and we had better sleep here than at home. Shuttle service is great and just a 5 minute walk to Universal Studios. The bar is not in the loopy, fabulous breakfast brunch.

  The location is perfect and they made are stay very nice. Staff in general helpful, ideally located just a 5 minute walk from Universal Studios and we received wonderful snack plate on our first night.

  Nice pool area and all the shuttles for our tours picked us up from the front door our the hotel. Made us feel at home referring to us by name and the staffs are very helpful and friendly. Bedding are utterly fabulous.

  We loved the location and the minibar is quite reasonable for a hotel of this size. The beds are very comfortable.

  Perfect location, best place you wanna go to the universal studios night the hot jacuzzi in a garden is very nice and the room rate is very reasonable.

  Clean had a view of the pool and the hotel was also pretty nice. Staff was very helpful, we had an alcove room was large and the food portion was great.

  I liked the convenience of the location, jacuzzi inside the hotel is nice.

  Customer service didnt have any explanation, internet prices are expensive and restaurant staff is lazy in the evening.
