Beautifully designed and silent rooms with armchairs and a couch, fabulous views. Particularly good location for our visit to Haus Cajeth Unique Art Museum at a moderate distance from the hotel. 20 mins by car from the airport.

The room was well decorated and well-equipped and with a splendid view on both the garden and the city of Heidelberg.

Every time in Heidelberg, I choose this place. The breakfast is lovely and fantastic, one of the best things. The rooms are reasonably spacious and they have a balcony and a mini kitchenette. The bus stop is 600 feet away.

We think it's a brilliant base for staying in Heidelberg. The hotel boasts central location to the historic city center.

Our hotel rooms were huge and brand-new, with stylish decoration. Location close enough to the Karl Theodor Bridge and the Heidelberg and river and castle.

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was efficient. Central location across the main bridge into old town.

The breakfast was marvellous and incredible with salmon and yogurts and attention to detail. The rooms were huge and spotless with private bathrooms. The location was absolute top and convenient, for example, a red sandstone castle was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were impersonal.

We went there for vacations, beautiful little hotel. It had central location close to Old Bridge. Loved our stay at property and will be back.

There were some difficulties in communication as it was challenging to reach the hotel staff over the phone.

The staff was very friendly. Everything was fine.

Breakfast didn't seem like much. Other than that, it was great.
